At Volteque, we are committed to providing high-quality products and outstanding customer support. Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us through our Contact Page to initiate a return or refund request.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to modify or cancel an order. Cancellations or modifications must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
- After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing, and we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
- If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items returned in their original packaging.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
✔ Unused & in original packaging
✔ Returned within 30 days of delivery
✔ Approved by our customer support team before shipping back
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
✘ Used, worn, or damaged items due to normal use or misuse
✘ Returns without prior approval or sent beyond the 30-day return period
If a non-approved item is returned, or if a return is sent outside the 30-day window, Volteque reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
Return Process
1️⃣ Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
3️⃣ Once approved, return the item unused and in original packaging (include your order number & name in the package).
4️⃣ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged.
5️⃣ Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 10 business days.
6️⃣ If approved, refunds will be issued within 40 business days of confirmation.
💡 Note: If you haven't received your refund after the confirmation period, please contact your financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Items
At Volteque, we take extra care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via email with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
- If the item is deemed defective or damaged upon arrival, we will arrange for a free replacement.
🔹 Important:
- Damaged packaging (e.g., dented boxes) does not qualify as a damaged item if the product inside is intact.
- We do not offer refunds or accept returns for items damaged due to normal wear, improper use, or mishandling.
Product Safety & Usage
Your safety and satisfaction are important to us. We encourage all customers to follow proper usage instructions provided with the product and on our website.
- If you experience discomfort or irritation while using our products, discontinue use immediately and contact us via our Contact Page.
- Volteque is not liable for damages or injuries caused by improper use, and refunds or replacements due to misuse will be at our discretion.
Shipping & Delivery
While we strive for timely delivery, Volteque is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control, such as:
- Courier service delays
- Customs processing issues
- Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier service directly for assistance.
